1.  Where do I send my money for access cards, fobs, cards and Sooke decals?

– Send to cvatvtreasurer@gmail.com This email address is a direct deposit into the club bank account.

2.  Is my card/fob payment good till December 2024?

– No, it goes on the contract date with Mosaic and CVATV Club which ends on October 1, 2024.

3.  When do I pay for my stickers?

– Stickers are renewed on your membership date with ATVBC but you can start them any time of the year.

4. Do I need both the card and the fob to open the gates?

The fobs only open two gates (Chemainus Main (4km) and Holt Main)

The smart card gates are identified by an “invisible witness” sticker located at the top of the gate.  

5.  Do I pay my sticker, cards, and fobs together?

– No, stickers are separate from cards and fobs.

6.  Why isn’t my card working?

-They were all de-activated in November,2023 and you will have to renew. 

7. Why are some gates open and some closed?

– The gates may be locked if they are working behind the gate, and some are closed because they don’t want people back there damaging machines or dumping garbage.
