– Send to cvatvtreasurer@gmail.com This email address is a direct deposit into the club bank account.
2. New Members, How do I complete my ATV Safety Course?
Create an account at https://cbt.svia.org/ – As this is a US based online course, some of the content is related to US regulations and standards. To create an account, change the setting to Canada and use the zip code 11111.
2. Is my card/fob payment good till December 2024?
– No, fob and card activation aligns with the contract date of our clubs land access agreement with Mosaic, CVATV which currently expires October 1 of each year.
3. What is the cost of the Gate fob and access card?
2024/25 access seasonal prices are $17.85 for the access card.

3. When do I pay for my stickers?
– Stickers are renewed on your membership date with ATVBC but you can start them any time of the year. The Club sticker is $15.00 per year and the sticker is effective for 3 years from time of purchase.
4. Do I need both the card and the fob to open the gates?
The fobs only open two gates (Chemainus Main (4km) and Holt Main)
The smart card gates are identified by an “invisible witness” sticker located at the top of the gate.
5. Do I pay my sticker, cards, and fobs together?
– No, stickers are paid annually on the anniversary date of your membership. See above for fobs and sticker renewals.
6. Why isn’t my card working?
-2024/25 cards will be activated as soon as Mosaic processes the annual land access user agreement with CVATV.
7. Why are some gates open and some closed?
– The gates may be locked if they are working behind the gate, and some are closed because they don’t want people back there damaging machines or dumping garbage.
