REGISTRATION 
Online Registration closes on September 5, 2024. 
You can also register on-site when you arrive.$10 – per adult (16 years and older) and $5 – per child (15 years and younger)

Please register anyone who will be attending the Jamboree (ie. children and/or spouse who are attending even if they do not ride).

ATVBC AGM Please indicate on your registration how many will attend the ATVBC Annual General Meeting on Saturday, September 21, 2024, at 4:30 pm. 
Check-in for the meeting starts at 4:00 pm.  
Pizza and beverages will be served, confirmation of attendees needed to properly plan for food volume.

MEALS
Breakfast – Friday, September 20, 2024 – $10 per person -Will include bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, juice or water
Breakfast – Saturday, September 21, 2024 – $10 per person -Will include bacon, eggs, sausage, pancakes, toast, juice or water
Dinner –  Friday September 20, 2024 – $25 per person -Will include pulled pork sandwiches, macaroni & cheese, and coleslaw -Dinner is being provided by The Brazen Fork    https://www.thebrazenfork.com/

CAMPING at Laketown Ranch (no hookups-dry camping)
Camping rates = $45 per site if staying for only one night $35 per site if staying only two nights $30 per site if staying for three or more nights
All rides will leave directly from the campgrounds and you will not have to trailer your ATV. 
Arrivals begin Thursday, Sept. 19th 2024

Laketown Ranch Camping Rules
Cookstoves, propane fire pits and BBQ’s MUST be 12 in (30 cm) off the ground at all times.
ABSOLUTELY NO WOOD FIRE PITS OR CHARCOAL COOKING DEVICES.
You must have a fire extinguisher at your campsite if you are using a cook stove, BBQ or propane fire pit.
Pets are allowed but must be on a leash at all times.  Pets are not allowed in the food area. 
Failure to keep a clean campsite WILL result in eviction from grounds. No household furniture permitted.
Climbing on any structures, trees, RV’s (with the exception of repairs), fences, etc., may lead to eviction from grounds.
Generators must be shut down from 12am to 8am.
Obey campsite quiet times.
Campsites must be left clean and vacated by 11am the day after the event.
Campers who do not demonstrate care for self, others or the environment WILL be told to leave the campground and will have their camping passes revoked without a refund. Camping at Laketown Ranch is a privilege.
Dangerous or obnoxious behaviour will NOT be tolerated.

GROUP GUIDED RIDES

Group Guided Rides – Exciting rides, designed to capture the beautiful Cowichan views on trails intended for all levels of riding comfort, skills and experience. Planning of guided group rides continues, with final routes to be confirmed closer to the jamboree event. Routes are expected to vary in time and distance, from 59 to 111km.

All guided and/or self-guided ATV rides leave from the camping area so there is no need to trailer your ATV/UTV.
